It’s possible that you don’t even recognize yourself anymore, as stress and anxiety can change your behavior and how you interact with others.
Whether you’re experiencing perinatal mood disorders or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to help. I have extensive training in maternal mental health and supporting women during the early stages of motherhood, including bonding with their children.
Additionally, I can assist with PTSD, including birth trauma, and offer play therapy interventions to adults and children to address attachment, anxiety, depression, and grief. Let’s talk and see how I can assist you.
